Заключение:

For 40 years, the ADAC tire test. This year, the automobile club has selected among other 19 summer tire models, size 225/45 R 17 for speeds of up to 270 km / h (speed index W) and above (speed index Y).
The effort at the tire label to be able to shine with the best possible moisture classifications, advances, many tire manufacturers to develop the moisture qualities of their products. Most of the seven best tires have improved qualities in the wet than in the past.
Seven in the final judgment closely spaced tire models received the ADAC judgment "good". As balanced products to show the Continental ContiSportContact 5 with particularly good characteristics in the wet as well as the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymentric 2, which excels especially on dry roads. Only slightly worse cut from the Dunlop Sport Maxx RT and the Michelin Pilot Sport 3rd The strengths of the Ultrac Vorti are his performance in dry conditions and its resistance to wear. Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 2 K117 and Semperit Speed-Life received good reviews by their performance in all criteria. Semperit presents itself as a special fuel-saving tires.
10 tire models have at least one relevant criterion slight weaknesses and thus received the ADAC judgment satisfying. In most cases it is the moisture properties that do not come close to the good tire. Only the Uniroyal Rain Sport 2 will receive a "satisfactory" because of slight weakness in dry conditions and relatively low mileage. The good in most criteria Nexen N8000 is little wear and therefore can only reach the ADAC judgment "satisfactory."
The two with the verdict "fair" rated tire models High Performers Sports HS-2 and Syron Race 1 Plus show significant weaknesses in the properties on wet roads. This is easily perceived primarily at the braking and driving on the wet handling course.

ADAC tips:

Besides the high balance of good tires, tires also show individual special qualities that make them ideal for unusual customer requests.

Who puts special emphasis on

  • good dry road performance should primarily select the Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 2 or the Ultrac Vorti. With smallest discounts on coming into question the Continental ContiSportContact 5, the Dunlop Sport Maxx RT and the Michelin Pilot Sport 3
  • good wet-weather performance should choose mainly the Continental ContiSportContact fifth Little worse the Michelin Pilot Sport is 3
  • low fuel consumption should give priority to the Semperit Speed-Life with little or smears the Continental ContiSportContact 5
  • good wear properties should select the Pirelli Cinturato P7 or the Esa-Tecar Spirit UHP when wet characteristics are of lesser importance.
  • wind noise should select the Michelin Pilot Sport 3

With limitations, the test results can also be applied to "neighboring" dimensions. This applies to departures from +10 / -10 mm in the tire width, ie 215/45 R 17 W / Y and 235/45 R 17 W / Y. The test results of additional variables from previous years, visit our tire test overview page.
